Attack Phase :
Unlimited Protein intake.
Day 1 (2/5/14)
Steamed salmon + salt + white pepper + ginger (late lunch, @ dinner at 5pm)
Aku learnt something, salt = water retention. Hee. So the next day aku tak amek lagi any salt dalam menu!
Day 2 (2/6/14)
Smoked salmon + white pepper (lunch)
-I swear this is the most popular and nicest protein to be in your stomach! haha
Ox's liver with gravy (dinner)
Shallot, garlic = stir fry
Add white pepper & thin sliced ginger
Add the liver and some water.
1tbs of oat meal instead of oat bran. (can't find any)
Kena tunggu ox's liver tu serap air. to get the juicy taste of liver miahahaha. (vampire's laugh)
Oat tu akan bertindak macam corn flour = thick gravy.
Snacks :
Plain water. :D
Actually aku cheated, makan brownies 4 kunyah!
Day 3 (2/7/14)
Mint green tea and 2 half boiled eggs with black pepper
Lunch with steamed beef with herbs
Thin sliced beef
Chopped onion to get the sweet taste
1tbs of apple cider vinegar
Black pepper
Chilly flakes
Oregano leaves
Ginger
Corn flour if u wish to have some thick gravy.
Snacks
Surfing internet and doing henna hihi
I ate prune!! Tau sebenarnya tak boleh makan prunes but i craved for it so much. Ate 4. Hehe.
Day 4 (2/8/14)
Breakfast Kellog's K with milk
Plain water
Lunch
Chicken with coating - fried!
Dinner
Sotong Bakar with "air asam"
Rindu nak makan ikan bakar kat Umbai, Melaka!
Snacks
Prune - 2 pcs.
6 days to go! Can't wait for the vegie days!
Day 5 (2/9/14)
Breakfast - Half boiled eggs + black&white pepper + soy sauce
Lunch - Salmon with citrus glaze
Prep salmon + black pepper + white pepper + lemon + apple cider
Sugar & salt for taste. bukan aku letak pun sebab apple cider akan bg rasa manis
Dinner - Ox's liver non milk dry curry
Kellogg's Special K with milk
Day 6 (2/10/14)
Early breakfast with chicken soup.
Boil water
Add red shallot, garlic and sliced ginger
Black pepper
Then put the medium cut chicken
added no oil and salt in this soup, so yeahh :D
Lunch Grilled Beef with spices
White pepper, black pepper
Cloves
Ginger
Big onion
Chilly sauce
Soy sauce
Honey
-pedas gila!
Dinner
Steamed beef with lazy medical student's recipe (LOL)
White pepper, black pepper
Garlic
Ginger
Big onion
keep calm, read book and wait for dinner! yummeh!
